    Lovely staff suggested restaurants. We got a room with separate shower. At the restaurant, the breakfast was savoury and great with cheaper prices.

    They served very limited breakfast, it can be far better.

    Totally recommend for a short stint

    Comfortable room, convenient amenities, the hotel offers free wi-fi in rooms and a cozy breakfast venue at Tangerine, along with easy access to nearby attractions, just 8 km from Promenade MRT.

    Large room and large bathroom. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance to universal studios. Near santosa main attractions. Very nice swimming pool. Tv sports channels.

    No english movie on demand. (Hotel told me they will have them soon) pricey. Buffet breakfast was below my expectations. Bar at the lobby closed at 11 pm.

    Liked our well decorated and well-appointed rooms in this hotel.

    The breakfast was generous and savoury with cheaper prices, all the food was good. Location: the hotel was short walk to the attraction, rainbow reef and all the restaurants in the resort.

    The room was spacious and new.

    Although hotel staff were mostly friendly, their service, at times, may not be very professional in such a way you would experience with other reputable international chain hotels. And more importantly, their shuttle service to/from the hotel was far less than impressive. The shuttle schedule was not published whereby you needed to ask the staff when the bus would come. On top of that, the bus had no signs so that you needed to ask them every time whether that was the bus you want to get on. And, the bus was, more often than not, not on time.
